Run away from this place! It's like being between the ring road with the jet skis that roar all day, especially on weekends, and the open-air disco: thundering and different music on each yacht. It's deafening and unbearable when we were on curfew at 7pm but not being respected. The marina staff are very friendly and welcoming but the crowds are horrible! No supermarket or even market to refuel, only beach snacks with polystyrene trays that end up in nature not to mention the nearby beach which is just a carpet of plastic waste. It’s to vomit! Like the first impression of the Dominican Republic after several days at sea, it is a bit rough ... The wifi in the marina works poorly, the ship next door does not sell any equipment for the sailboats. We stayed there for 3 days while visiting Santo Domingo and that was already too much!

Fuyez cet endroit !

The management is made to suck money from whoever arrives.Victor, the contact person, asks 250 $ US for entry procedures which would cost about 50 $ US ... as soon as you meet someone asks you for money ... many Italians who frequent Boca Chica. The water on the piers is not drinkable indeed and really dirty. Electricity costs like gold. The only plus is the very nice location.

Nice place, clean sea water with nice color, however expensive as prices almost 60 dollars for a 50 feet a day more water and electricity at exaggerated prices. In addition to this you are robbed by professionals in the sector, pay attention to the characters who make the practices.
