The Lacydon Nautical and Tourist Circle is located in the prestigious setting of the Old Port of Marseille. Today it has over 600 members. Around its floating pavilion, it has as many locations, roughly equally divided between sailboats and motorboats. A particularly active club, its main goals are to: - encourage and facilitate pleasure and sport navigation, - facilitate and develop nautical tourism by welcoming passengers, - develop nautical and tourist activities. Specialized committees, led by volunteer members, contribute very effectively to the club's activities (sailing, powerboating, fishing, cruising, etc.). The Sailing Commission, over the years, has managed to perpetuate its activities and establish them definitively in the general calendar of nautical events: - The Massilia Cup since 1982 - The Duo Cup since 1992 - Merskibeaucoup since 2000 - The Massilia Mono Cup since 2003 - The Duo Max (Marseille - Barcelona and back) since 2004 The CNTL also hosts renowned regattas such as the Juris Cup in which it has taken an important part in the organization since its creation in 1990. In addition, the CNTL is proud to have been chosen to host the Race Committee and the assistance boats of the preparatory regattas for the America's Cup (Louis Vuitton Act Act. 1, August 2004) Regarding training in the maritime fields, the CNTL has a Federal sailing school widely open to the region's public. The CNTL has very modern facilities. Its restaurant and meeting rooms allow the organization of various events (meetings, seminars, theme evenings, etc.) It is twinned with the Nautical Clubs of: - Sidi Bou Saïd (Tunisia) - Reial Club of Masnou (Spain) - and since 2004 with the Reial Club Maritim in Barcelona. In 1999, the CNTL was the first private club in France to obtain the Blue Flag of Europe. This pavilion is an environmental awareness campaign that rewards ports for their dynamic environmental management and their efforts in favor of sustainable tourism. It brings together 4 main families of criteria: environmental awareness and public education - site management - environment management - waste management. The CNTL has since been rewarded each year for its actions in favor of respect for the environment. The CNTL is affiliated to several federations and groupings: French Federation of marinas, French Sailing Federation, French Federation of Fishermen at Sea as well as, since 2003, to the union of Ports de Plaisance de Provence Alpes Côte d'Azur ( UPACA). Likewise, he is a member of the Marseille club group (UNM, SNM, YCPR, La Pelle and CNTL) and of the Vieux Port Coeur de Marseille association. He keeps himself informed of programs and actions concerning the improvement of ports in all areas: dynamic management of berths, user service, security, new technologies, economic development, environmental protection, etc.

Nothing positive but also nothing really negative can be reported. Sanitary was not available with us. We paid 38 euros per night for 13m in November.

The Marseille stopover remains a must the mucem alone deserves the trip the welcome at the CNtl is perfect the reasonable prices out of season a big downside however with regard to the remote and very basic sanitary facilities the water was cold

L’escale marseillaise reste un must le mucem mérite à lui seul le voyage l’accueil au CNtl est parfait les prix raisonnables hors saison un gros bémol cependant en ce qui concerne les sanitaires éloignés et très sommaires l’eau était froide

No answer to VHF calls. Phone OK. No one to help with the mooring but € 60 anyway. In 2 months of travel, this is the only time that no one to take our moorings !!

Pas de réponse aux appels VHF. Téléphone OK. Personne pour aider à l’amarrage mais 60€ quand même. En 2 mois de voyage c’est la seule fois où personne pour prendre nos amarres!!
